Our 24-hour emergency assistance service is designed to offer timely and specific support when you or your loved ones face unexpected situations. It is important to note that this service does not replace the use of 911 when necessary.
Instead, our team is here to supplement existing emergency services, providing a comprehensive safety net for individuals living in their own homes without 24-hour supervision.

- Living in Your Own Home: You live in your own home and do not receive 24-hour supervision. However, you would require extensive, routine supervision in the absence of our service.
- Living with a Primary Caregiver: If you live with a primary caregiver who would otherwise require extensive support in securing help during emergencies, you may also be eligible for our services.
